First, ensure the foundation for the wood shredder is level and stable. Next is the installation of the equipment.

Step 1: First, lower the base of the wood shredder's transmission device into the pit and level it, ensuring a stable height. Then, use a level to align the upper plane "A" and simultaneously install the transmission device on plane "A" and secure it with bolts.

Step 2: Install the main unit of the wood shredder. Before installation, place rubber anti-vibration pads at the contact points between the lower plane of the base and the cement foundation, and between the anchor bolts. Then, use a frame level to align the base plane "B," using four points intersecting the crosshairs. Simultaneously adjust the two halves of the coupling "C" and "D," ensuring the misalignment is less than 0.20 mm, the non-parallelism between E1 and E2 is no greater than 0.1 mm, and the gap between "E1" and "E2" is maintained within 5-8 mm.

Step 3: The position and height of the wood shredder's piping system should be installed according to the general drawing. Arbitrary alterations or increases are not permitted. All pipe connections should be sealed, and there should be no air leakage after tightening. Electrical equipment should be accurate and reliable, and a test run should be conducted after all components are installed.
