A: The belt is a wear part. Hard objects such as nails and stones will quickly scratch and tear the belt.
Maintenance:
①Before starting the machine each shift, check the belt for cracks, delamination, and misalignment; promptly clean sawdust and debris from the belt gaps to prevent hard objects from getting stuck.
②Adjust the pressure roller pressure to an appropriate level; do not press too tightly, as this will accelerate belt wear.
③Prevent machine oil and diesel fuel from coming into contact with the belt rubber surface, as this will accelerate rubber aging.
