1) What types of wood can the single roller peel? Can it process mixed hardwoods, wet wood, and frozen wood?
A: It can process coniferous / broadleaf logs such as pine, poplar, eucalyptus, fir, and birch. It can also process mixed hardwoods, wet wood, and frozen wood
2)What thickness and length of logs can the machine process?
A: The maximum diameter range is 320–450mm, with a standard maximum length of 6 meters
3)What if the peeling effect is poor on bent logs, logs with knots, or logs with large burls?
A: Adjust equipment parameters: For hydraulic models, increase the peeling roller pressure and decrease the feed conveyor speed. Optimize the feeding method: Do not feed single bent or large logs alone; mix them with 2–3 straight logs
4)What is the approximate hourly output of the equipment? Can it meet the needs of a large-scale production line?
A: The output varies depending on the motor power, approximately 8-12T/H. It can be fully integrated with large-scale fully automatic chipping, pulping, and biomass pelleting production lines

A: The main spare parts include: wear-resistant teeth (blades) of the peeling roller, oil seals, drive chain, reducer gears, pulleys, etc. Replacement is based on the wear degree of these parts, resulting in relatively low overall maintenance costs
7)How to solve the problems of material jamming during feeding and logs slipping and not tumbling?
A: Slipping and not tumbling: Immediately weld and grind worn roller teeth to ensure gripping friction; drain as much surface water as possible from wet logs to reduce slippage.
Making a jam: If jammed, immediately disconnect the power, stop the machine, disassemble and clean. Do not forcibly start the motor to prevent burning it out or breaking the drive shaft
