The operation of the biomass pellet mill is relatively simple; production can be carried out according to the instruction manual, potentially reducing reliance on specialized operators. Its flat die is made of alloy steel and undergoes carburizing and quenching treatment. A set of flat dies and pressure rollers has a service life of at least 800 hours, and replacement is relatively convenient.

This equipment can process various materials, including difficult-to-form materials with low adhesion. It can form pellets with a raw material moisture content between 5% and 30%. Pellet diameter can be selected within the range of 6-12mm.

In terms of performance and structure, the equipment adopts a three-stage speed change and gear transmission. The hydraulic oil supply system enables automatic circulation oil supply between the gearbox and bearings. The pellets produced are characterized by high density, high calorific value, and low moisture and ash content. The structural design uses a vertical feeding method, and the die is two-layered and usable both upper and lower, equipped with an independent discharge device and lubrication system. The former helps improve the pellet forming rate, while the latter enables automatic lubrication without stopping the machine.

The biomass pellet mill is equipped with a water addition function, making its requirements for processes and equipment relatively low.
