Product Features and Applications
Continuous high-pressure extrusion results in dense pellets, less dust in the finished product, and high strength
Die orifice specifications can be quickly changed; one main unit can produce pellets of various diameters
Wide range of applicable raw materials, suitable for high-fiber sawdust, straw, fibers, and powders
Product Details
01.
Enlarged orifice at the die outlet allows for slow pressure release after material extrusion, reducing particle cracking
02.
The wall thickness between orifices must ensure structural strength to prevent cracking without excessively reducing the open area ratio
03.
The finished ring die must be dynamically balanced for less vibration and extended spindle bearing life

FAQ
1)What causes a new ring die to fail to produce material or produce loose particles?
A: ①The inner wall of the new ring die hole is too smooth, indicating it hasn't been ground or broken in.
②The gap between the die rollers is too large, resulting in insufficient pressure from the pressure rollers.
③The moisture content of the raw material deviates from the optimal range of 12%–15%
2) Is it better to increase or decrease the die roller gap?
A: The standard adjustment principle for the die roller gap is not to simply increase or decrease it. The standard reasonable gap is 0.1mm–0.3mm
3)What is the normal service life of a ring die?
A: Under proper use and with clean, sand-free raw materials: 800–1500 hours
4)What causes uneven wear and increased vibration in a ring die?
A: ①The two pressure rollers are of different ages.
②The main shaft locking plate is loose.
③The tightening coupling sleeve (locking sleeve) is slipping and has insufficient clamping force
5) Can an old ring die be enlarged and repaired for continued use?
A: Enlarged and repaired old ring dies are not recommended for long-term use; they can only be used temporarily as an emergency measure
6)Why is there a significant difference in output between some ring dies with the same bore diameter?
A:①Different compression ratios
②Mold material and heat treatment
③Different open area ratios
