Connect the power supply and check if the rotation direction is correct.
When changing the blades, ensure the blade edge extends 2-4mm beyond the blade disc surface, then tighten the bolts. If the threads of the pressure bolts are worn, replace them immediately to prevent damage to the blade disc nut.
When changing the blade extension, ensure the blade extension length is consistent.
If adjusting the blade length does not achieve the desired particle size, replace the sieve with one of a different aperture size.
It is strictly forbidden to feed firewood containing stones or nails into the machine to prevent damage to the blades and internal components.
Carefully check the hammer bolts; if loose, tighten them immediately. Replace hammers and bolts if they are severely worn.
