The cost of a mobile stone crushing plant mainly includes raw material costs, labor costs, and other components. Raw material costs refer to the materials used in manufacturing the mobile crusher and the surface paint; labor costs refer to the investment in research and development, welding, painting, and external packaging; other components are related to the manufacturer's location, such as local transportation, cost of living, and rented factory space.

Compared to fixed production lines, mobile crushing plants have the advantages of shorter project cycles and more flexible relocation. Their depreciation retention capacity allows the equipment to be used for other projects or disposed of after the project is completed.

This series of products has been applied to numerous engineering projects both domestically and internationally. Tire-mounted mobile crushing plants have operated in the low-temperature environment of Siberia, Russia; they have also been used in large coal mining areas in Russia and Mongolia. In October 2011, a customized mobile crushing plant was used in an open-pit coal mine in Russia. In April 2013, after the earthquake in Lushan County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, tire-mounted mobile crushing plants were used in post-disaster reconstruction due to their small footprint and the elimination of the need for a fixed processing base.
