A: Retrofitting is not recommended. The frame, pressure roller mechanism, reducer, and load-bearing structure of the chain-plate feeding model are designed for heavy-duty chain-plate operation
2)Can the chain plates of the vehicle-mounted chain-plate wood chipper process wood containing nails, stones, or dirt? Will this damage the equipment?
A: Chain plates can withstand wood containing nails, stones, and dirt. Compared to belt-feed models, they will not be cut by nails
3)What should I do if the chain frequently gets stuck with sawdust or debris?
①Stop the machine and disconnect the power at the end of each shift, and clean the gaps in the chain plates, the chain, and the sprockets.
②Regularly check and adjust the chain tension

A: Deformed chain plates:
Slight warping: Remove the chain plate, straighten and correct it. If there are no cracks, it can continue to be used.
Twisting, denting, or cracking: Replace the individual plate directly; the entire chain plate set does not need to be replaced.
Chain elongation:
Slight elongation: Adjust the tensioning mechanism to compensate for the chain elongation.
Severe wear, excessive elongation, or increased pitch: Adjusting the tension alone will not solve the problem; the entire chain set needs to be replaced.
